As usual, Sylvia places great emphasis on the rider's seat and balance through the correct aiding process. Nuances of seat, leg and hand are explained in detail.
The value of this video is that we see many different types of horse and rider at different stages and ages, yet always there is an absence of force and the instructions are clear and obvious as the horse learn through quite subtle aids.
